DescriptionElectrolux has launched new production of washing machines in Ukraine. The first consignment of washing machine that is produced on domestic market came.
The agency faced with a task to support the launch of sales by vast media coverage with focus on Electrolux Ukrainian production. The model of washing machines to be presented was not new at Ukrainian market as it was imported from abroad before. Slight price difference caused by Ukrainian production was not an important informational occasion for media.
The decision was to organize a conceptual event that will be an informational occasion itself and will be closely connected with the product. The event idea should contain the idea of the Ukrainian origin of washing machine and speak for the unchangeable quality of Electrolux in every country. Electrolux invited representatives of public, glossy and design media to the unique art exhibition for one day. An artist created copies of world masterpieces by Van Gogh, Matisse, Gauguin, Leger, Malevich, Miro, etc. And he used national Ukrainian dishes instead of paints. In the evening all masterpieces were washed with the new Electrolux washing machine.
