Urmas Villmann
Creative Director, Kontuur Leo Burnett, Estonia

Urmas Villmann is the Creative Director and partner of one of the largest and most successful advertising agencies in the Baltics. He is also the founding member of ADCE Estonia. Villmann has a degree in graphic arts from the Estonian Academy of Art. He has been working in the field of advertising since 1993. His experience includes agencies such as DDB Estonia, EuroRSCG Idea and since 2000 Urmas has been working in Leo Burnett. Under his creative direction, Kontuur Leo Burnett has been rewarded the title of the Estonian Advertising Agency of the year in 2003 and 2009.

Villmann has won more rewards from local and international festivals than any other advertising expert in Estonia. His achievements include, for example, Kiev International AD Festival Grand Prix, Central Europe Cristal Awards Grand Cristal, film Cristal, Estonian National Advertising festival Golden Egg Grand Prix, Cannes Lions film finalist. Villmann has been the member of the jury of numerous advertising festivals both in Estonia and abroad. In his free time, Villmann designs music CD-s and enjoys snowboarding.
