Heading communication department at Erste Bank Ukraine, Yaryna is responsible for PR, internal communication as well as CSR and community affairs.

Yaryna has experience in developing communication and CSR strategies as well as conducting complex communication campaigns (including PR, investor relations, on-line and internal communication) both on corporate and agency side. She has joined Erste Bank Ukraine after heading financial communication practice in PRP Ukraine. During 3 years in PRP besides launching Erste Group in Ukraine, Yaryna was responsible for managing accounts of financial and service companies such as MaterCard, SAP, Altera Finance, Immorent, M&P, as well as consulting OTP bank, VTB, Bain and others.

Yaryna Lukan started her career in communication in Romyr&Associate PR agency after receiving MA in Social Science from Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
