Works in Public Relations since 2003.

During 2003-2008 was responsible for different projects of British American Tobacco Ukraine in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility, including the development of the CSR strategy and preparation of the first in Ukraine Social Report, which complied with the international standards (2006-2007).

Since 2008 Elena is responsible for corporate communications of British American Tobacco Ukraine. Has experience in developing the comprehensive communication campaigns and activities, including media relations, internal communications, supporting different corporate initiatives.

Elena has graduated from the Institute of international relations of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Holds PhD degree in political sciences.
