A public relations professional with 16 years of experience, provides strategic communications and corporate positioning services for a variety of the firm's clients representing finance and investment, energy, telecommunications, pharmaceutics and FMSG industries. Among her clients are Horizon Capital, Ferrero, life:), Henkel, Visa, Wizz Air and many others. Oksana is an in-house trainer of the firm. Prior to joining The PBN Company, Oksana headed public relation department for the International Financial Corporation (IFC) Corporate Governance Project in Ukraine.

Oksana has a law degree from the Kyiv National University (2000), master's degree from the Kyiv State Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages (1994).
