Description | The agency had a task to develop a crowd-sourcing project: the collection of ideas from Internet users on improvement of Alfa-Bank Ukraine services. We selected simplicity, convenience and effectiveness as key indexes. Having clicked the button “Got idea” all the people could express their opinions and ideas on improving the bank’s work. We simplified the registration and made authorization through social networks possible. There is a site chapter where the clients can trace how the bank realizes their ideas. The users and personnel easily communicate on the net and react to each other’s wishes. This is not a “dead” site, but a live ground for interactive communication. |
