A new real estate property in the Moscow’s suburb « Lujaikino » has gained a friendly identity.
The name of the project has been developed thanks to the marketing data : the lands on the forest border, gas, electricity, security – nothing superfluous.
The proposed communication style was simple and comprehensible, to transmit the idea of an affordable real estate. The effect of mowed lawn has added several possibilities to develop the property style in advertisements and info tools.
